Negotiated Room Blocks

There are many housing options in La Jolla and the surrounding areas. Group rates have been negotiated at the La Jolla Shores hotel (main conference hotel, where the dinner reception will also take place), Hotel La Jolla, and Hyatt Regency La Jolla, for a limited number of rooms. 10 min drive from the venue; there is the Route 30 bus that takes around 30 minutes to get there as well.

Follow this link [https://bit.ly/UCSDMORE] to book one of the rooms reserved for the event (Garden Patio Double Queen rooms for check-in Sunday night, check-out Saturday morning). Those who need different rooms or different dates dates should contact the on-site Reservations Team at (866) 976-6659. They will need to refer to the "UCSD MORE Conference" to be included in the room block. Hours of operation are from 8:00am - 6:30pm PST on weekdays, and 8:00am - 5:00pm PST on weekends. A one-night deposit will be required to secure each booking, with a 48-hour cancellation policy enforced.

The deadline for the call-in bookings and the rooming list is Friday, August 9th, 2024.
